Kitchen Knife Review

Zwilling Knives Shenzhen China

Some interesting commentary from Ged Carroll on the availability of western knives in deepest China:

Chinese consumers are not all about price, there are many foreign-made products as well as foreign brands on sale in the department stores. Ones that I immediately noticed were:
  • Zwilling - the German manufacturer of quality kitchen knives, personal tweezers and nail scissors

An interesting observation given the proximity of China to Japan, and the excellent knife forging in Japan, but also the idea that China is all about cheap copies of quality products.

As I’ve said before - you don’t want to skimp on your kitchen knives.
