Celebrity Knives Not Up To Scratch

Report finds that many celebrity knives “don’t make the cut”, although I prefer “are not up to scratch”.

Consumer Reports Home & Garden Blog: Some celeb chef kitchen knives, like those from Paula and Martha, don’t make the cut.

This is a great finding, but probably not all that surprising to fans of the Henckles, Victorinox of Global knives - which have established their reputation based on the quality of the product, as opposed to celebrity status.

This should send a strong message to anyone looking for new knives or a new knife set.
